Abstract
The Baj Theater is one of the oldest theaters in Warsaw for the young visitors. The conducted analysis reflects the following fundamental aspects: the specifics of institution, communicative systems, strategies, problems and their solutions. The comparative aspect embraces two periods of the institution's activity realized by one director. Some peculiarities of managing the artistic production enterprise were compared in 2015-2017 and a short analysis was carried out, which in turn allows for the forecast of the trends of failures and successes of the stationary theater, which at one time went "on a journey"
