У дипломній магістерській роботі розглянуто вирішення проблеми формування інноваційної стратегії досягнення конкурентних переваг вітчизняною туристичною фірмою. Охарактеризовано поняття і різновиди інноваційних стратегій, встановлено їх вплив на конкурентну позицію організації на ринку. Здійснено аналіз новацій у діяльності ПП "Бон Вояж В.М." за останні 10 років, оцінено його результати і конкурентні переваги. Внесені пропозиції щодо розроблення інноваційної стратегії досягнення конкурентних переваг ПП "Бон Вояж В.М." Обґрунтовано ряд інноваційних проектних рішень.

Development of Innovative Strategy of Competitive Advantages Achievement for Private Enterprise "Bon Voyage V.M." In the diploma master's thesis, solutions to the problem of innovative strategy forming to achieve competitive advantages are considered by the domestic travel company. The concepts and varieties of innovation strategies are characterized, their influence on the organization’s competitive position in the market is established. The analysis of innovations in the activities of Private Enterprise "Bon Voyage V.M." over the last 10 years has been carried out, its results and competitive advantages have been evaluated. Proposals for the development of innovative strategy for achieving competitive advantages of Private Enterprise "Bon Voyage V.M." were made. Some innovative design solutions are justified.
